ดอกขิงแดง Red Ginger ดอกสีแดงสด กลีบดอกลดหลั่น เป็นชั้นๆ เรียกว่าสวยแปลกตาทีเดียว แถมยังปักแจกันอยู่ทน ดูแลรักษาง่าย น้ำไม่เน่าเร็ว

จริง ๆ แล้ว โครงการหลวงปลูกทั้งขิงแดง และขิงชมพู มีขายพร้อมกันช่วงเดือนพฤษภาคม – กันยายน

มาตรฐานเกรด

เกรด 1 ความยาวช่อดอก 15 ซม.ขึ้นไป ความยาวก้าน 70 ซม.

เกรด 2 ความยาวช่อดอก 10 ซม.ขึ้นไป ความยาวก้าน 60 ซม.

เกรด 3 ความยาวช่อดอก 10 ซม.ขึ้นไป ความยาวก้าน 50 ซม.

The outstanding characteristic of Red Ginger is the brighter color than the other flower. This characteristic makes red ginger often use for vase flower arrangement. Other than the beauty, red ginger can live longer in a vase compare than other flower and also is easier to take care. In cold weather, Red ginger will give a brighter color, tough, and more useful. They are available during May- September.

ถ้าบอกชื่อ ดาเลีย หรือ เดเลีย หลายคนไม่รู้แน่ว่ากำลังพูดถึงอะไร แต่ถ้าบอกว่า “ดอกรักเร่” ก็เริ่มร้องอ๋อกันบ้าง สมัยก่อนเวลาเดินตามตลาดที่ขายไม้กระถาง จะเห็นดอกรักเร่ ต้นเตี้ย ปลูกเป็นไม้กระถาง ดอกเล็ก ดอกสีเดียว เช่น แดงล้วน ชมพูล้วน

ประมาณ 2 ปีกว่าแล้ว โครงการหลวงเริ่มนำ Dahlia แบบตัดดอกออกจำหน่าย ดอกใหญ่กว่าแบบไม้กระถาง สีสวย มีหลายสีทั้งแบบสีเดียวไล่เฉดอ่อนเข้ม หรือแบบ 2 สีในดอกเดียว เอาไปว่าสวยสุด ๆ (หลายคน รวมทั้งคนเขียน เห็นครั้งแรกต้องขอจับพิสูจน์ “ของจริงรึป่าว”) สวยขนาดนั้นคืนเรียก รักเร่ ก็เสียราคาหมด แถมไม่เป็นมงคลด้วย ก็เลยขอเรียกชื่อตามภาษาอังกฤษ Dahlia (ได้ข่าวว่าชื่อไทยใหม่ เรียก “รักแรก“)

โครงการหลวงขาย Dahlia เป็นไม้ตัดดอก (สีตามรูป) โดยขายแยกเกรด ตามความยาวก้าน เกรด 1 ก้านยาว 60 ซม. / เกรด 2 ก้านยาว 40 ซม. โดยประมาณ

Dahlia is native to Mexico. Dahlia hybrids are commonly grown as garden palnts. Color range includes orange, pink, purple, red, scarlet, yellow, and white. Some flowers are striped or tipped with a different color.

Royal project grows the new hybrids and sales them as cut flower.

Dahlia’s standard : Grade 1 Stem length 60 cm. / Grade 2 Stem length 50 cm.

มีหลายคนชอบดอกนี้ แต่ส่วนใหญ่ไม่รู้จักชื่อ แถมไม่รู้ด้วยว่าเมืองไทยปลูกได้แล้ว  

ดอกไม้สวยรูปร่างแปลกตามีดอกย่อย ๆ ประกอบกันจนช่อดอกคล้ายร่ม มีทั้งแบบปลูกประดับ คือ สวยบนต้น แต่ตัดมาปักแจกันไม่ค่อยทน และแบบตัดดอก คือ ปักแจกันได้หลายวัน

ปัจจุบันโครงการหลวงปลูกและขายเป็นไม้ตัดดอก 3 สี ได้แก่ สีขาว สีฟ้า และสีน้ำเงินม่วง มีขายตั้งแต่เดือนมีนาคม – พฤษภาคม และมีเยอะมากช่วงเมษายน

พันธุ์ ปีเตอร์แพน (ดั้งเดิม เล็กกว่า ถูกกว่า)

เกรด 1 ยาว 60 ซม. / เกรด 2 ยาว 50 ซม. / เกรด 3 ยาว 40 ซม. / เกรด 4 ยาว 30 ซม.

พันธุ์ลูกผสม (พันธุ์ใหม่กว่า ทั้งก้านและดอก ฟอร์มใหญ่กว่า แพงกว่านิดหน่อย)

เกรด 1 ยาว 80 ซม. / เกรด 2 ยาว 70 ซม. / เกรด 3 ยาว 60 ซม.  

Agapanthus, Lily of the Nile, African Lily or Flower of Love. Members of the genus have funnel-shaped flowers, in varying shades of blue colors with white flowering forms occurring. The species have been hybridized to produce additional colors in plants under cultivation.

Ornithogalum ไม่มีชื่อภาษาไทย โครงการหลวงเรียก “ออนิโธกาลัม”

ปลูกได้ดี มีขายช่วงปลายเดือนมีนาคม – เมษายน

ดอกสีขาวเล็กทยอยบานจากด้านล่างขึ้นไป อดทนมาก ถ้าไม่ถึงกับปล่อยให้น้ำแห้ง สามารถอยู่ในแจกันได้นานเกิน 1 สัปดาห์ และส่วนใหญ่มักบานถึงยอด บานเกือบทุกดอก

The Star of Bethlehem or Snake Flower native to southern Europe belonging to the family Hyacinthaceae. Growing from a bulb, it has grass-like basal leaves and a slender stalk, up to 30 cm tall, bearing clusters of star-shaped white flowers striped with green.

Because of its star-shaped flowers, it is named for the Star of Bethlehem that appeared in the Biblical account of the birth of Jesus.
